Terms and Conditions

By creating an account or otherwise using PromptABCD (the "Service"), you agree to these Terms and Conditions ("Terms"). If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

The Service is currently an MVP — a minimum viable product still under active development. Features, behavior, pricing, and these Terms themselves may change as the product evolves.

The Service is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis, without warranties of any kind, whether express, implied, or statutory, including without limitation any implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, title, or non-infringement.

We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, secure, or available at all times, or that any content you store will never be lost, corrupted, or become inaccessible. You are responsible for keeping your own backups of anything important (for example, using the Service's export feature).

You retain ownership of the prompts, text, and other content you create or upload ("Your Content"). You are solely responsible for Your Content and for ensuring you have the right to store and use it.

You agree not to use the Service to store, share, or distribute content that is unlawful, infringing, defamatory, or that violates the rights of any third party. You agree not to attempt to disrupt, reverse-engineer, scrape, or gain unauthorized access to the Service or its underlying systems.

We do not actively monitor or review Your Content, and we make no representation about its accuracy, legality, or suitability. You use any AI tool outputs generated from Your Content at your own risk and discretion.

PromptABCD is a tool for organizing prompts and storing AI outputs you choose to record. We are not the publisher, author, or originator of any AI-generated content you create, store, or share through the Service, and we have no control over and make no guarantee regarding the accuracy, legality, or appropriateness of outputs from any third-party AI tool. You are solely responsible for reviewing and deciding how to use any such output, including ensuring it is accurate, lawful, and appropriately licensed before you rely on it or share it with anyone else.

We do not sell or knowingly misuse Your Content. We use it only to operate and provide the Service to you, as described in our Privacy Policy. That said, this Service is an early-stage MVP, run on a best-effort basis, and is not a substitute for enterprise-grade, audited, or compliance-certified software. If you have specific regulatory, compliance, or data-residency requirements, the Service may not be suitable for your use case.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, PromptABCD, its operators, and anyone associated with building or running it shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, or for any loss of data, revenue, profits, goodwill, or other intangible losses, arising out of or related to your use of, or inability to use, the Service — even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, our total aggregate liability for any claim arising out of or relating to the Service or these Terms shall not exceed the total amount, if any, you paid us in the twelve (12) months preceding the event giving rise to the claim, or one hundred US dollars (US$100), whichever is lower.

You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless PromptABCD and its operators from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising out of or in any way connected with: (a) Your Content; (b) your use or misuse of the Service; or (c) your violation of these Terms or any applicable law.

Because PromptABCD is an MVP under continuous development, we may add, modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the Service at any time, with or without notice. We may also update these Terms at any time, for any reason, by posting a revised version on this page. Changes take effect when posted, and your continued use of the Service after that point means you accept the revised Terms. If you do not agree with a change, your only remedy is to stop using the Service.

You may stop using the Service and delete your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate your access to the Service at our discretion, including if we reasonably believe you have violated these Terms, with or without prior notice, to the extent permitted by applicable law.

If any provision of these Terms is found to be unenforceable, the remaining provisions will remain in full force and effect. These Terms constitute the entire agreement between you and us regarding the Service and supersede any prior agreements on this subject.
